Lace up and hit the ground running!
Build endurance, strength, and a love for running while having fun with friends.
Who:
3rd–5th Grade: Morning Session (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
6th–8th Grade: Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Drop-off/Pick-up Location: Union Pines Track / Main Parking Lot

Activities Include:
Stretching / Warm-ups
Daily workouts tailored by age group
Guest speaker sessions (runners/coaches share their journey)
Fun games (tag, capture the flag, etc.)
Snack/Lunch time & regular hydration reminders
Who: Boys Rising 1st-9th Grades
When: June 24-27, 2025 9 AM-NOON
Cost: $75 (Register by May 23 to guarantee a shirt!)
